Meat processing certificate
I love eating meat, and I’ve always wanted to learn how to handle them. I went to a 5-day camp in Ansan, Korea to learn, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Two things that could have been better:
1. 90% of the work was done with pork, and 10% with beef. I wish we had more experience with beef.
2. Our meals were mostly without meat due to its high price.
